Woods Method EDD Calculation Chart
To figure your Estimated Due Date (EDD) with this chart:
1. Start with the first day of your last menstrual period. (Note: This chart is based on a regular 28 day cycle. Add or subtract days as needed if you have a regular but different cycle length.)
2. Find this date in the LMP column.
3. If you are a primip (this is your first baby), your EDD is found in the first column to the immediate right of this date (EDDp).
4. If you are is a multip (have had at least one baby before), your EDD is found in the second column to the right from this date (EDDm).
